Mirror Panel is priced in studies — one study is one focus group run. In Brand Settings, Billing & usage shows your included allowance separately from the paid studies shared by your active brand.
Open Brand Settings, then Billing & usage. Your included allowance belongs to you in the active brand. Paid studies belong to that brand and are shared by its members. Mirror Panel uses your allowance first; once it reaches zero, your next run draws from the shared paid balance. An Unlimited allowance does not draw from paid studies while it applies.

Monthly plans (Solo, Pro, and Studio) add studies to the active brand every billing period, and subscribers can buy an extra study at their plan's discounted rate. One-time studies are also available individually or as a five-study pack. Paid studies never expire, stay with that brand, and are not pooled across an organization.
Purchases go through Stripe's secure checkout. When Stripe sends you back, Mirror Panel checks that specific purchase instead of guessing from your brand's shared balance. The page says Payment processing while settlement or its webhook is pending, Payment didn't complete if Stripe reports a failure, and Payment complete only after the purchased studies are recorded. Some payment methods can take longer to clear.
A pending or delayed payment stays clearly marked as processing; Mirror Panel does not claim the studies were added yet.
A confirmed purchase names how many studies it added and shows the brand's updated balance. If the checkout fails or expires, the page says that no studies were added and links back to Billing & usage to try again. Plan changes, cancellation, payment methods, and invoices are handled in the Stripe customer portal via Manage subscription (or Switch plan on another plan's card).
After checkout you land back in Mirror Panel with your updated study balance.
No studies are granted for a failed checkout. Start a fresh checkout from Billing when you are ready to try again.
A failed or expired checkout is explicit: no studies were added, and the buyer can return to Billing.
Every active member can see Billing & usage for the current brand. Subscribing, buying studies, switching plans, and opening the customer portal are limited to brand owners, brand admins, and organization admins.
