Use Clay with Mirror Panel to start website research from a lead reply and return the results to your Clay table.
On Organization, use Warm Lead Launch to initialize a lead's brand and first website Pulse after an email reply reaches Clay. Connect your results: enter your Clay results webhook and save the one-time intake token in a Clay HTTP API account. Start after a reply: map the company website, stable lead ID, original reply key and timezone-aware reply timestamp. Replace the template's column placeholders with actual Clay columns and run the HTTP action only on received replies with those required values. Warm means a reply; narrowing to positive categories is optional. Test and go live: send the connection-test payload from Clay, confirm both checkpoints and the fictional sample row, then restore the live URL and reply JSON. This check creates sample data in Clay but no brand, Pulse or email. It checks transport, so inspect your real reply mapping separately. Keep the same lead ID across replies: later replies reuse that lead's first run rather than initializing it again. Retry a failed run through its explicit retry action.

Warm Lead Launch returns the website inputs, Pulse outcome and synthetic-panel summary to the connected Clay table, with your optional lead and sequence IDs. CSV imports can choose the same results destination. Map callback fields back to the original lead using its ID, deduplicate event IDs, and keep the highest run generation so a late older result cannot overwrite a newer one. Hook activity shows delivery progress and lets you retry a failed callback without rerunning the Pulse. Connections are shared within the selected organization and require Create brand permission. Existing general-purpose connections remain available. Mirror Panel does not enroll leads in a sequence or send email; configure any follow-up separately in Clay.
