Lead sourcing with OpenGTM

OpenGTM is a separate lead-sourcing workspace for your Mirror Panel organization. Open it from your account menu to research prospects and manage lead workbooks.

Open your workspace

Choose the brand whose organization you want to work in, then open your account menu and select Lead sourcing (OpenGTM). On mobile, open the menu and scroll down to the account links. Your organization's workspace opens in a new tab at app.mirrorpanel.io:8443. Keep Mirror Panel open in the original tab while you use OpenGTM.

The account-menu link opens the workspace for the active organization. Shown in a local preview.

On a smaller screen

The mobile menu scrolls independently. Scroll down until Lead sourcing (OpenGTM) appears, then tap it to open your workspace.

The account links remain reachable on short screens. Shown in a local preview.

After signing in

Your organization opens in OpenGTM. Start with Chat to explore the available research actions, or use Workbooks to organize a lead list. Configure provider keys before running research.

Access follows your organization

Organization owners, administrators, and members with write access to Pulses or brand settings receive editor access. Other active members receive viewer access. Membership and permission changes can take up to five minutes to appear in OpenGTM. Workspace membership and sign-in settings are managed by Mirror Panel.

Configure your providers

Editors can configure provider and model API keys in their workspace's settings. Each organization has its own keys and workspace. Usage of connected providers is billed by those providers; check their charges before running enrichment or research.

If your workspace is not ready

After joining a new organization, allow up to five minutes for its workspace and membership to sync, then reopen OpenGTM from the account menu. Use the same email address as your Mirror Panel membership. If access still fails, contact support@mirrorpanel.io. Select one of your organization's brands: public sample brands do not have an OpenGTM workspace. The link is also unavailable while an operator is impersonating another user.

Mirror Panel hosts a modified version of OpenGTM. Its sidebar includes the source-code request address: support@mirrorpanel.io.
