Share a limited set of successful studies without exposing the source brand's full history. Create a curated destination brand, add read-only result snapshots, then invite a client, partner, or teammate to that brand.
You must be an organization admin to share studies between brands. Creating the destination also requires permission to create brands.
Create the curated brand
Switch to the source brand and open Panel.
Open a completed or partially completed study that you want to share.
Select Share on the study.
Enter a name for the new destination, such as the client's name or the project being shared.
Select Create brand and add this result. Mirror Panel creates the brand and immediately adds a read-only snapshot of the current result.
Create a destination and add the current successful result in one step.
Add more successful studies
Return to the source brand and repeat the sharing flow for each result you want the recipient to see. Select the curated brand from the destination list, then select Share read-only copy.
Each shared result is a read-only snapshot; later source changes do not update it automatically.
The recipient can read results, respondent detail, and exports, but cannot edit, rerun, delete, or reshare the snapshot.
The source brand and every study you did not select remain hidden from the recipient.
Invite the recipient
After sharing, open Next: invite someone in the same dialog.
Enter the recipient's email address.
Choose Member for someone who only needs to view the curated results. Choose Admin only when they should manage the destination brand.
Send the invite. When the recipient signs in with that email address, the curated brand appears in their brand selector.
Invite the recipient without switching away from the source brand.
Change or remove access
To stop sharing one result, reopen Share on the source study and select Remove beside the destination. To manage the recipient's role or remove their brand access, switch to the curated brand and open Brand Settings.
