These terms govern your use of Mirror Panel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Mirror Panel simulates consumer responses to material you submit. The panel is synthetic: responses are generated by language models conditioned on census-derived demographic profiles. They are a directional research signal, not responses from real people, and not a substitute for human research where accuracy of measurement matters. Decisions you take on the strength of them are yours.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us the licence needed to run the service — to store your material, send it to model providers to generate responses, and show you the results. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit.
Paid plans and credits are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which takes payment, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, and appears on your card statement as LINK.COM*. Charges are taken in advance for the period you select. Mirror Panel does not refund them except where the law requires otherwise; as merchant of record, Link may also refund a purchase within 60 days when it resolves a payment or support request. We will give notice before changing prices. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
We work to keep the service available, but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it fits a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Mirror Panel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
